Email: How to Configure Mac Mail for Office365 (IMAP)

How to add a new IMAP account to Mac Mail.

1.  Open Mail.

2.  From the Mail menu, choose Preferences, then click Accounts.

3.  Click the Add button (+) to add an account.

4.  Select Other Mail Accounts from the list of account types, then click Continue.

5.  Enter your name, email address, and password. Then click Sign In.

6.  You will be asked to enter your incoming mail server address (outlook.office365.com) and SMTP server (smtp.wsu.edu). Then click Sign In.
