OneDrive: Installing OneDrive on a Apple Computer

A quick tutorial on how to install OneDrive for Apple computers

  1. Go to https://onedrive.live.com/about/en-us/

  2. It will take you to the preview in the App Store and ask if you want to use the App Store to open the link

  3. Once you open the App Store, click on Get and then Install

  4. You will be asked to sign in with your AppleID

  5. Your Mac will ask you to sign in with the local account to install the software

  6. Once it is installed, you can find the OneDrive Software in your Applications

  7. When you start OneDrive, you will be asked to enter your WSU email address (your_network_id@wsu.edu)

  8. Enter your WSU email address to verify your affiliation with WSU

  9. You should see the familiar WSU Authentication page where you will need to enter your Network ID and Password

  10. You will then be guided through the account setup

  11. You have successfully set up you OneDrive's account on your Apple computer.
